Sowinski Sullivan was the architect for the renovations at Levittown Station. The improvements consisted of replacing the station building, constructing a new bus loop and bus shelters in close proximity to the station building, reconfiguring the existing parking lot to accommodate bus access, and constructing inbound and outbound high-level platforms. It also involved construction of a new pedestrian overpass and stair towers with machine-room-less elevators, and canopies, replacing the sump pump, and making ADA accessibility improvements, including ADA compliant restrooms, signage, and lighting. The project also included the design of a 1,200-car parking deck with an overpass to the station to be built in a later phase. In addition, a new pedestrian overpass will replace the existing pedestrian tunnel. As part of this project, Sowinski Sullivan also interfaced with Amtrak because the construction was within the constraints of the Northeast Corridor.
