QUALIFICATIONS

Ruth Coles is a project designer at Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2018, Ruth has worked on a variety of projects, including an expansion of the COLTS Operations Facility for PennDOT, a feasibility study and conceptual design for a security office at JFK Building 14, and a fit out within the interior of the World Trade Center. The two latter projects were undertaken for the Port Authority, and the WTC project was executed as a design-build assignment. Ruth's main responsibilities consist of creating construction documents, writing and compiling reports, and carrying out day-to-day coordination with all other disciplines.
