Andi Frisbie is a project designer at Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2016, Andi has worked on several rail maintenance shops, including Amtrak's Washington Terminal Yard High Speed Rail Shop Expansion and NJ Transit's new County Yard Service and Inspection Facility. She has also worked on programming and conceptual design for SEPTA's Willow Grove Station and the STS Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility for PennDOT.
