Sebastian Modla is the Senior Technology Leader for Sowinski Sullivan. One of his primary responsibilities is coordinating BIM projects internally and with the entire extended project team. Sebastian is experienced in the latest software applications and technologies in the development of two- and three-dimensional construction documentation, BIM modeling, visualizations, energy analysis, interactive walkthroughs, and cloud-based content management and project collaboration for public projects. He has performed these services on a variety of transportation projects ranging from new structures for Long Island Railroad's multiphase Jamaica Station Expansion to the historic restoration and renovation of the NJ Transit Hoboken Terminal Substation.

His responsibilities also include developing and verifying compliance with approved BIM execution plans/BIM protocol, assessing design information to ensure the appropriate format, ensuring sufficient quality, verifying that the correct geo-referenced points are used and that the data meets standards, conducting internal BIM training and verification, and coordinating composite design models from all trades for clash detection.
