QUALIFICATIONS

Collin Phillips is a project designer for Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2016, Colin has worked on a variety of projects, including producing schematic planning layouts, programming studies, and construction documents to make SEPTA's 31st Street entry to the 30th Street Station complex accessible, the rehabilitation of the Harrisburg Transportation Center, BARTA's bus storage expansion, and Sunnyside Yard's phase one shop program. He has also worked on the feasibility, programming, and site-selection efforts for the STS Operations Facility. In addition, Colin is involved in the day-to-day coordination of other disciplines and construction phase services for SEPTA's 31st Street improvements and the Levittown Intermodal Facility improvements.
