Kevin Rockey is the Director of Design for Sowinski Sullivan. Over his 10+ years in the field, he has had the opportunity to gain experience in all phases of the construction process, from master planning and conceptual design development to construction document preparation, construction administration, and inspection. Since joining the firm, Mr. Rockey has worked on multiple transportation projects and demonstrated expertise in both developing designs and managing various design teams. Currently, Mr. Rockey oversees the architectural design process for the firm.
