Kelly Rowan is a project leader at Sowinski Sullivan. Previous to her employment at the firm, Kelly worked in a variety of building sectors, including residential, K-12, and hospitality. During that time, she gained knowledge in all aspects of a project from the initial design to completion, including planning and code review, construction documentation, project coordination, and construction administration. Since joining Sowinski Sullivan, Kelly has worked on multiple transportation projects with a strong focus on bus maintenance and management facilities.
