QUALIFICATIONS

Tony Scanga is a project designer for Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2016, Tony has worked in numerous roles on a variety of projects, including CDOT's Noroton Heights Station platform replace­ment, the replacement of NJ Transit's Jersey Avenue Station, the adaptive reuse of the Harrisburg Transportation Center for PennDOT, and the reopening of PATCO's Franklin Square Station. He is responsible for creating construction documents, coordination with other disciplines, and managing construction administration.
