Victoria Robbins is a project leader at Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has worked on a wide range of projects, from commuter and high-speed rail to subway and light-rail stations. She has also spent considerable time working on both rail and bus maintenance facilities in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Working mostly on construction documents, she has also gained experience in BIM management and coordination and has experience with flood mitigation and code research.
