He is an alumnus of the University of Virginia and the Georgia Institute of Technology and a LEED Accredited Professional. In his nearly 30-year career, he has gained experience in a wide variety of sectors, including educational, institutional, destination retail, and residential. Frank leads Sowinski Sullivan's quality control review process for deliverables and serves on the firm's Quality Assurance Committee. He focuses on the quality of the work and encourages repeatable best practices to achieve that goal.
