QUALIFICATIONS

Aferdita Pasoma is a project designer at Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm, Aferdita has worked exclusively on transportation projects with a focus on train and bus facilities. She is responsible for assisting with specifications, creating construction documents, and carrying out day-to-day coordination with all other disciplines. She has been involved with such projects as the new Amtrak station in Middletown, Pennsylvania, and improvements at PennDOT's STS Operations and Maintenance Facility.
