QUALIFICATIONS

William Breard is a Historic Preservation Specialist at Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2015, William has worked on several preservation projects in the Northeast. His preservation experience includes over 20 years' experience with field surveys, report writing, and digital photography for numerous historical, educational, and industrial sites, in addition to extensive building preservation work. He has expertise in the development of restoration designs and has a thorough understanding of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Preservation. William also has over 10 years of academic experience teaching, writing and guiding student historic preservation projects.
