QUALIFICATIONS

Alex Carlson is a Project Leader for Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2010, Alex has worked on a diverse range of transportation projects. He has experience in all phases of design and construction, including planning, programming, code review, design, construction document preparation, and construction phase services. He also has experience in both traditional design-bid-build delivery and both sides of design-build delivery. The projects Alexander has worked on at Sowinski Sullivan range from rehabilitation, retrofit, renovation, and historic restoration to additions, expansions, and new construction. He has worked on multiple planning and feasibility studies and has conducted construction administration and inspection for multiple projects. He also has extensive experience in the design of substations for traction power and other applications.

Alex holds SWAC certification with the Port Authority for confidential projects.
