Brandon Coles is a Vice President of Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm twelve years ago, Mr. Coles has worked exclusively on transportation facilities for several transportation agencies throughout Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Coles currently oversees multiple large-scale projects and programs for our clients. He is an expert in design and program management of new facilities as well as complete renovation to existing structures that fulfills our client’s goals while keeping a focused eye on the end user.

Mr. Coles has a SWAC certification with the Port Authority for confidential projects and a SIDA EWR Airport Security Identification Card.
