Position: Intermediate Level Architects

Type: Full Time

Locations: Philadelphia and Sparta

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, etc.) required
  • Strong 3D presentation, production & technical skills
  • Experience with construction drawings
  • Motivated, independent, accurate & cooperative problem solver with strong work ethic
  • Degree in Architecture
  • LEED AP or GGP certification preferred

Position: Project Manager Level Architects

Type: Full Time

Location: Philadelphia and Sparta

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience required
  • Proficiency in AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Photoshop required
  • Strong 3D presentation, production & technical skills
  • Strong experience with construction drawings
  • Motivated, independent, accurate & cooperative problem solver with strong work ethic
  • Degree in Architecture and professional registration is required
  • Sustainable design experience and LEED AP or GGP certification is beneficial
