Sowinski Sullivan was the architect working with a team on the planning and design of a new parking deck at the North White Plains Station.

Sowinski Sullivan designed a 500-car parking deck, new access roads, and a jacked tunnel in addition to a new station building, a pedestrian overpass, office and retail spaces, elevators, and a new utility structure serving multiple buildings onsite.

Sowinski Sullivan also provided historic preservation and ADA compliance for the existing pedestrian overpass, elevators, platforms, and canopies. This work included analyzing sustainable building strategy for compliance with New York State Executive Order 111 Guidelines for Green and Clean Buildings.
