Conor Lyons is a Project Designer for Sowinski Sullivan. Since re-joining the firm in 2023, Mr. Lyons has been involved with various projects, including the rehabilitation of eleven SEPTA substations, historic documentation related to SEPTA Jenkintown’s ADA Improvement Project, and High-Speed Rail Shop Expansions at Amtrak’s Sunnyside, South Hampton and Washington Terminal Yards. His responsibilities included research on historic documents for buildings and districts and assisting with construction document preparation.
