Carolina Quintero is a Project Leader at Sowinski Sullivan. While in her 15 years of experience, she has become a Registered Architect in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of NCARB. Since joining the firm she has been on a variety of projects, ranging from maintenance facility additions to station enhancement projects. She has become familiar with code regulations, ADA standards and is well-versed in all construction project phases.
