QUALIFICATIONS

Kelly Freeman is a Vice President and senior architect at Sowinski Sullivan. She is an alumnus of Drexel University, a registered architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. Previous to her employment at Sowinski Sullivan, she worked at firms in both Philadelphia and New York City, gaining experience in a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail and banking, as well as both high-density and single-family residential projects. Over her career, she has had the opportunity to gain experience in all phases of the construction process, from planning and code review to design and construction document preparation through construction administration and completion.

Since joining Sowinski Sullivan in 2011, Kelly has continued with previously acquired skills and has worked exclusively on transportation support facilities and station projects. Ms. Freeman is currently managing project leaders and their teams handling investigation, design coordination related tasks, preparing and overseeing production efforts for documents, including detailing, specifications, coordination, CAD and client standards.

Ms. Freeman has a SWAC certification with the Port Authority for confidential projects.
