Jakob Noon is a project designer for Sowinski Sullivan. Since joining the firm in 2016, Jakob has worked on numerous transportation projects, including several phases of SEPTA's Downtown Link and the reimagination and renovation of the underground Center City concourses in Philadelphia. He was also involved in the capacity improvements and complete rehabilitation of the 30th Street Station on SEPTA's Market Frankford Line and the expansion of the High Speed Rail Shop at Amtrak's Washington Terminal Yard. During his time with the firm, Jakob has been responsible for developing construction documents, and creating presentation graphics.
