Kevin Rockey is the Director of Design for Sowinski Sullivan. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, he worked in a variety of sectors, including K-12, higher education, religious, and civic. In his more than 10 years in the field, he gained experience in all phases of the construction process, from planning and code review to construction document preparation, construction administration, and inspection. At Sowinski Sullivan, Kevin leverages his expertise in both developing designs and managing design teams while working on multiple transportation projects. He is a member of the firm's Quality Assurance Committee.
