Zachary is the Quality Manager for Sowinski Sullivan and is responsible for overseeing and executing the quality assurance and quality control processes for the firm. Previous to his employment with SSA, he was the project architect for large and complex public facilities, including projects in the sports, entertainment, and education sectors. Mr. Harr has experience with developing contract documents supporting a variety of project delivery types. Mr. Harr has extensive experience developing architectural drawings, presentation level renderings, and contract specifications, throughout all phases of design. Mr. Harr has managed teams consisting of architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, civil engineers, acoustic engineers, etc.
