Scott Crocker is a Project Leader at Sowinski Sullivan. Previous to his employment at Sowinski Sullivan, he worked at other firms in Philadelphia, gaining experience in a variety of sectors including recreation, public and private k-12 and higher educational institutions, and multi-family housing. Through this experience, he has had the opportunity to gain skills in managing all phases of the construction process, from planning and code review to construction document preparation, construction administration and inspection. Since joining the firm, Scott has been engaged in transportation projects for PHL, SEPTA and PennDOT.
